Broken Check-in Screen Chaos at Surgery

The service was utterly unacceptable. The self-registration kiosk was malfunctioning, yet instead of addressing the problem or providing clear guidance, the front desk staff allowed patients to wait in an unnecessarily long line. Upon finally reaching the counter and attempting to explain the situation, the receptionist brazenly accused us of being tardy. Absolutely outrageous. Own up to your clear mismanagement. The bare minimum would be to recognize your own error. This is hands down the most unprofessional medical practice I've ever encountered, and the receptionist is equally deplorable.
