Broken Contact Form Drives Me Crazy

What's the purpose of a web-based contact system for administrative issues that's only available during strict office hours?! It would be absurd if I restricted work communication to only when I'm physically present at my workstation?! Completely ridiculous. When you actually manage to submit an inquiry and receive a reply (where the healthcare provider clearly hasn't thoroughly reviewed your message), you're then prevented from directly responding and must instead file an entirely new separate request - and even then, you must wait until the following morning at 9am. An utterly ineffective process, transparently constructed to prioritize the medical practice's convenience over patient needs - exactly the kind of poor service I've consistently experienced from this incompetent practice throughout the past decade.
