Broken healthcare system leaves patient utterly helpless

The process of booking a GP appointment is utterly absurd! I diligently completed the online form yesterday (which isn't even functional today), received no acknowledgment, and then called at 8am this morning. After enduring a lengthy queue, I finally reached reception, only to be informed that my form is still under review. They could have at least sent a simple confirmation, but instead, no appointments are accessible. This entire system seems completely pointless - both the online form and phone call achieve nothing except generating pure frustration with zero resolution.
