Broken neck nightmare with incompetent medical professionals

I'm dealing with a neck injury, and the medical care has been abysmal. The first physician barely examined me, the second didn't examine me at all, and the third used sophisticated language to suggest my injury was fabricated. My medical records have been problematic. When I attempted to speak with the manager, he called me back and hung up mid-explanation about his professional failures. He then called again 10 minutes later. Subsequently, a mental health home visit team contacted me, to whom I emphasized that my injury was being deliberately overlooked. Dr. Budh-rajah repeatedly claimed I had a muscle spasm, and when I corrected him, he continued to insist on his diagnosis. Despite my clear explanation, he remained obstinate. Most alarmingly, he shared my personal information with an unauthorized third party. I strongly recommend patients record their appointments, as doctors can easily fabricate information for financial gain. Dr. Budh-rajah even claimed the neck has no bones, and when challenged, he denied making such a statement. Fortunately, I have evidence. The NHS's healthcare advertising appears fundamentally misleading. I have meticulously documented my entire broken neck journey. This has now escalated to a legal matter, where individuals will be held personally accountable, beyond their professional titles and medical credentials. Remarkably, this isn't even the worst medical experience I've encountered. I've clearly articulated my injury and the documented negligence I've experienced.
