Broken NHS System: Impossible Appointment Booking Nightmare

After waiting for over a month to secure an appointment, I find myself still without any success—a system that is utterly dysfunctional. The only way to schedule an appointment is by calling at 8 am, which proves impossible for those of us with jobs on most days. When I reach out to the receptionists, they suggest using the NHS app to book an appointment; however, it shows just one available slot in the upcoming month. Their laughter echoes down the line when I share this frustrating reality with them.
