Broken system fails patients with serious medical needs

When someone calls a medical practice to report losing function of a limb due to a persistent condition, I find myself unable to obtain any medical support or permitted hospital access. The government seems perplexed about employment challenges. Ill individuals cannot secure medical help because surgery receptionists are arbitrarily making health decisions without examining patient records. I'm now forced to attempt scheduling an appointment weekly. How is one expected to manage daily life with only a single functioning arm? Is this the state of healthcare under Labour's management?
