Brutal reception staff who destroy patient care

The reception staff are absolutely terrible, displaying an appalling level of unprofessionalism and hostility. They rigidly adhere to a predetermined script aimed solely at dismissing patients as quickly as possible without providing any genuine assistance. If you attempt to seek help, they will repeatedly cut off your call and use intimidation tactics like threatening to terminate communication. Should you express anything they find disagreeable, they resort to verbal aggression, condescendingly warning you about "writing on your record" as if you were a misbehaving child. Patient messages and requests are systematically ignored and never forwarded to medical professionals. Their communication strategy involves constantly hanging up or leaving phones off the hook, effectively preventing patients from scheduling or canceling appointments. Even when patients meticulously follow their automated guidance, they are met with threats and hostility. The untrained reception staff then compound the problem by fabricating misleading information in medical records, a practice that creates significant risks, particularly for vulnerable populations like the elderly. While the doctors themselves seem competent, accessing their care is nearly impossible due to the gatekeeping reception staff.
