Bureaucratic nightmare destroying my mental health care

Even with confirmed diagnoses from both private and NHS providers, I was inexplicably required to undergo another ADHD assessment to continue receiving my medication. The waiting list stretches an unbelievable year and a half. During my dispute, I was given three contradictory explanations in a single phone conversation, with each excuse blaming different departments and individuals. The representative initially stated one thing and completely reversed his position by the call's end, leaving me bewildered. When I confronted him about these inconsistencies, he became defensive and argued about whether he was being truthful, instead of addressing my urgent medical needs. I continue to suffer immensely. Anyone familiar with ADHD understands the critical importance of consistent medication. Without it, I experience dangerous mood volatility that renders my life unbearable since joining this practice. Their approach is absolutely appalling. The situation with therapy is equally frustrating - I've repeatedly requested support over the past eight months, only to be met with complete indifference. It's abundantly clear they have zero concern for their patients' health and overall wellbeing.
