Bureaucratic nightmare undermines healthcare access

They've recently displayed an organizational chart packed with managers, project coordinators, administrative personnel, HR representatives, and countless other roles. Yet, when it actually comes to utilizing their services, they are dismally disorganized, absurdly convoluted, and create insurmountable barriers to accessing even the most fundamental services. When you attempt to renew a prescription in time to prevent running out of medication (since their system won't allow booking too far ahead), they demand a medical review before authorizing prescription renewal, even for medications that never change! Suddenly, you're left with just a few days to navigate an impossible maze - essentially breaking into Fort Knox - to secure an appointment and allow the pharmacy time to prepare your medication. Their online booking system for medical reviews is completely useless, offering no available slots and forcing you to call 111. Ultimately, you're compelled to physically visit their office and consume everyone's time just to resolve a simple issue. Is it any wonder the NHS has such extensive patient waiting lists!!!!
