Burnham health centre fails patient's desperate needs

I am planning to switch medical practices away from Burnham health centre. Since 2012, I've been a patient, but over the past 4-5 years, their service quality has dramatically deteriorated. I've been attempting to secure a single medical appointment for nearly five months now. When I visited reception, they were unhelpful and merely suggested I call at 8am the next day. I left devastated, once again having to explain to my employer my inability to obtain medical care. The following morning, I called at 8am, only to be told no appointments were available. I desperately explained my prolonged struggle to get an appointment, emphasizing how this situation was jeopardizing my employment and severely impacting my mental health. Despite my pleas, I received no assistance and was left emotionally distraught. The situation has become so dire that I'm experiencing daily suicidal thoughts. My inability to address my health concerns has resulted in job loss, forced relocation from my rented home, and I fear this ongoing neglect may ultimately cost me my life.
