Calcot medical center saves the day again

I've recently heard numerous accounts of people struggling to secure a GP appointment, unable to connect with staff by phone, or receiving no response to portal messages for days on end. I discovered a startling, almost incredible yet factual statistic from 1997: THE WORLD POPULATION HAD DOUBLED IN JUST 30 YEARS. I've personally experienced the impact of this population surge and find it hard to comprehend how public services are coping with reduced resources like schools, medical facilities, hospitals, and emergency services, rather than expanding to meet growing demands. Contrary to many experiences, I've had nothing but positive interactions with the Calcot Medical Center. Their portal message responses have been remarkably swift - not just when indicating extreme urgency, but even for routine matters. Within 20-30 minutes, I've consistently received callbacks and quick appointments. Recently, I attempted to book an appointment through the portal messaging service but was forced to call due to intense pain. The pain was so severe that I struggled to type correctly, my hands shaking uncontrollably, which further impacted my mental state and ability to concentrate. It's frustrating enough to be immobilized, but now I can't even type! 😟 Tracy was exceptionally kind, understanding, and compassionate. I'm deeply grateful for her help and sincerely apologize that staff face such overwhelming pressure, with many people failing to recognize the current statistical challenges.
