Called back but felt unheard and dismissed

I recently had a telephone consultation with a clinician who I felt was dismissive and lacked compassion. The interaction left me feeling upset, as the tone of the conversation seemed confrontational. I intend to escalate my concerns through the practice's formal complaints procedure and relevant regulatory bodies. I was very disappointed with how I was treated.
