Called in sick with covid, got attitude instead

I'm relatively new as a patient here and have generally had a wonderful experience with the staff - until this encounter. I'm seriously unwell with covid and when you reach out to your doctor, you're seeking comfort and guidance. While I can't identify the specific person, the receptionist who scheduled my phone consultation was incredibly rude, condescending, and left me feeling upset. She kept asking the same things repeatedly as though my answers weren't adequate, showed no consideration for my situation, and demonstrated a complete lack of compassion. My regular doctor is typically very kind, so I'm quite disappointed by this interaction. As someone employed by the NHS myself, I know this standard of care falls short of how we should be treating patients.
