can't book by phone, only online forms

Scheduling an appointment presents unnecessary difficulties - phone bookings aren't available, requiring you to complete an online form instead, and appointments can only be reserved during specific windows (far from their full business hours). If the system happens to be disabled, you're forced to wait for it to become active again. After mentioning this issue to the receptionist, I was told I could seek care elsewhere and that their physicians preferred this arrangement. It leaves you with the sense that patient satisfaction isn't a priority for them.
