Can't get an appointment

To book an appointment they open the bookings at 8am. By 8:30am every day they are booked up and refuse future appointments. I've been trying to see a GP since Feb but am only being given access to basic services. I understand that they are overrun but with a history of abdominal cancer in the family and symptoms in the abdomen area; this is really poor and leaves me feeling that they don't care.
