Can't get through on the phone

Contacting the medical practice by phone has become utterly frustrating. I've spent entire afternoons repeatedly dialing, only to be forced to physically visit the office and speak with a receptionist directly. Their text message system is equally problematic - when they send a message, there's no option to reply, and any attempt gets blocked, which then requires making a phone call that inevitably goes unanswered. This is a significant departure from their previous communication standards. During my in-person visits, I've observed at least three staff members working on computers and two at the reception desk, yet somehow no one is available to answer incoming calls. The automated phone message claims "your call is important to us" - a statement that rings hollow given the complete impossibility of actually speaking with someone. The disconnect between their stated commitment to patient communication and the reality of their service is stark and deeply irritating.
