Dr. Ramasamy consistently demonstrates professionalism, politeness, and attentiveness, earning a full five-star rating from me. The front desk personnel and nursing staff are equally compassionate, always ready to assist with genuine care. Whenever I've required help with prescriptions or scheduling appointments, they've been remarkably accommodating and supportive. Their kindness is truly exceptional, and I believe they deserve recognition, especially considering the rudeness some healthcare workers endure. It's crucial to remember that these are dedicated professionals doing their job, and they shouldn't be subjected to disrespectful treatment. Having been a patient at this practice for over three decades, I understand that changes can be challenging. The telephone system can indeed be frustrating, and I've experienced disconnections myself. I empathize with elderly patients who struggle with modern technological shifts and online processes. While adaptation isn't always easy, we must accept that communication methods evolve. The individuals managing phones and computers shouldn't be blamed for these systemic changes.
