Instead, they explore alternative approaches, recommend additional services, and ensure thorough follow-up care, often checking in via phone to confirm patient well-being. The reception team goes above and beyond to secure timely appointments, consistently striving to accommodate patients' needs as quickly as possible. Their professionalism extends beyond the surgery's walls, with staff members offering friendly greetings and genuine concern when encountering patients in the community. They even take the time to inquire about my recovery after previous consultations. Overall, this is an outstanding medical practice.
