Caring doctors, frustrating front desk staff nightmare
The medical professionals at this clinic are exceptional, but the front desk staff are incredibly frustrating! Their communication and organizational abilities are completely nonexistent. They appear indifferent and unwilling to take any accountability, causing constant delays. I've been waiting an entire month for a simple form to be completed, and their inefficiency is now directly impacting my potential medical treatment! Their standard response is to leave a voicemail asking you to call back, and when you do, you're endlessly transferred between staff members without resolution. They deliberately avoid providing their names when you interact with them, and it's clear from other patients' experiences that this level of incompetence is widespread.
