Caring doctors let down by frustrating administrative chaos

The medical care provided by the physician is top-notch, but the administrative side falls short of expectations. The staff appear well-intentioned and seemingly committed to delivering quality service, yet I find myself needing to voice complaints to ensure basic tasks are completed. Take the recent survey, for instance - it was practically impossible to fill out online, and they failed to call me at the pre-arranged time. Their communication is riddled with unnecessary technical language. As someone who dedicates their life to caregiving, my time and tolerance are already stretched thin, and these administrative inefficiencies only add to my frustration. Consequently, I now limit my interactions with them to urgent situations only.
