Throughout the years, my experience with this medical practice has had its ups and downs, but this year they truly rose to the occasion when I needed them most. The nursing staff has been exceptional, consistently providing support with genuine warmth and cheerful demeanor. While my interactions with doctors have been limited, they have been prompt and effective whenever their assistance was required. It's crucial to remember that this is a bustling medical facility operating under significant pressure. We patients often view our individual health concerns as paramount, which is natural, but the staff must balance hundreds of equally critical cases simultaneously. Occasional moments of tension do arise, primarily with administrative personnel who can sometimes seem somewhat detached. I believe these staff members might occasionally lose sight of the profound impact their role has on the patients they serve.
