Since joining in November, I've experienced unwavering support from the start. The reception team demonstrates exceptional dedication, diligently adhering to protocols during these challenging times with the NHS - their actions are not intrusive, but professional. While non-urgent appointments with specific doctors may require waiting, our family has consistently managed to secure same-day consultations, whether via telephone or in-person. Personally, I find the staff consistently kind, courteous, and respectful, and I cannot commend them highly enough.
