Challenging communication for deaf patients at medical practice

Communicating with the medical practice is extremely challenging for someone with severe hearing loss. Their online booking system fills up rapidly, and the digital forms are inaccessible. Since I cannot use telephone communication, I'm left without a reliable way to reach out. The surgery's staff have occasionally been quite dismissive and unhelpful. However, once I manage to secure an actual appointment, the doctors themselves are generally very supportive and professional.
