Chaos and confusion at medical reception desk

Absolutely appalling customer service from the front desk team. They erroneously claimed I missed an appointment that they themselves had rescheduled due to a nurse's illness. When I arrived at the newly designated time, I was falsely accused of not showing up. Then they bizarrely informed me my appointment was actually on a completely different day. I had to correct them, explaining this was specifically for a medication review. The receptionist, Lorraine, was unhelpful, and after waiting 10 minutes, the manager Jackie emerged with a weak excuse that the staff who originally changed my appointment had spoken too quickly. Seriously, what a ridiculous and unprofessional situation!!!!!@@
