Chaotic registration with unhelpful and confusing staff

I'm extremely frustrated with the service. I submitted my application on Friday and received a call just 20 minutes later, instructing me to visit the surgery for form completion. So, I went there the same day, only to be told that I actually needed to fill out a form online instead. I called back the original contact number, and they advised me to return to the surgery on Monday. When I arrived on Monday, I was again directed to apply online—and to make matters even more aggravating, I was informed that 800 people were already ahead of me in the registration queue. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely disorganized. There was absolutely no coherent communication, and the entire process was an absolute shambles. They desperately need a more streamlined and professional approach to prevent wasting people's time and generating unnecessary frustration.
