Chronic delays meant leaving without being seen

I'm a strong advocate for the NHS, however when the appointment schedule is running significantly behind early in the morning, it does raise questions about the practice's ability to maintain timely operations. After waiting considerably past my scheduled time, I had to leave to get to work. The experience was frustrating.

We try to give all of our patients the time they need. On this occasion, the first patient of the day needed a little extra time which put the clinic behind. We can't predict how long each patient will take so we do appreciate your understanding in these matters and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
