Cold and unfriendly reception desk

I'm not shocked to find numerous similar accounts in these reviews. The receptionists are discourteous and ineffective, displaying a cold demeanor with zero compassion for patients, even for someone like myself who's been visiting consistently multiple times weekly for months. Not a single welcoming interaction exists; they're merely executing their basic duties mechanically. I can only imagine the overwhelming frustration experienced by elderly patients requiring frequent annual visits. There's absolutely no genuine desire to provide assistance, guidance, or support beyond their minimal job requirements. This approach is fundamentally inappropriate for public healthcare services. Patients are already experiencing significant stress and health concerns, and the appointment system essentially transforms patients into subordinates of the GP's schedule. While I understand they're busy, the GP remains remarkably unaccommodating when a patient requests something completely reasonable (such as obtaining hospital updates or ensuring proper follow-up communication). Moreover, the receptionists exponentially amplify the stress, and their emotional detachment and complete lack of sympathy transform the clinic into an unbearably hostile environment. Their indifferent attitude significantly elevates patient anxiety and discomfort during interactions at the front desk. Notably, the doctors, nurses, and physicians are exceptionally professional and dedicated despite their demanding schedules, but the receptionists catastrophically undermine the clinic's entire reputation through their poor representation.
