Communication barriers made my query worse

I contacted the practice this morning to inquire about a particular care option. I was connected with a staff member with whom communication proved difficult, and I was told I would be transferred to speak with a doctor. Instead, I received an automated message that did not address my query. I found this experience frustrating and would suggest that others carefully consider whether this practice meets their healthcare needs.
