We often overlook the valuable services right in front of us. Admittedly, there have been challenges in communication, but considering the unprecedented pandemic, it's understandable that people have felt frustrated. From my perspective, the medical receptionists have been consistently courteous. I acknowledge that in the past, some staff may not have been as friendly or welcoming, but it's crucial to recognize the difficulty of their role, enduring daily verbal abuse and discourteous interactions. Recently, I consulted Dr. Petkova, and she was truly exceptional. Her assistance was deeply appreciated; she took the time to listen carefully and provided an insightful assessment of my condition, which ultimately proved to be remarkably accurate. Having been a patient at Oakwood Surgery for 19 years now, I can confidently say I've consistently received excellent care from outstanding medical professionals.
