Compassionate care during challenging covid times
I delayed reaching out until later in the day, which resulted in a lengthy 25-minute wait (during the Covid 2nd wave period), but was pleasantly surprised by the professional and compassionate approach from both the receptionist and Dr Street. The consultation involved comprehensive questioning, and they were remarkably understanding and non-critical about my apprehensions regarding antibiotics and visiting the clinic. The doctor promptly transmitted the prescription request directly to my local pharmacy, enabling me to collect my medication almost immediately. I'm feeling significantly more at ease, having been in discomfort and feeling somewhat vulnerable. My sincere appreciation goes to Moorgreen Surgery :)
