Our time at this medical practice was brief, spanning just seven months due to a city relocation, but the initial registration process was seamless and the staff were absolutely delightful. Throughout my appointments, I felt genuinely heard, and the comprehensive care extended to myself, my partner, and our newborn was exceptional. While Dr Copplestone and Dr Craig were our primary physicians, every staff member, including the nurses administering immunisations, demonstrated remarkable compassion and respect. I am truly grateful to the entire team for delivering such outstanding service! Their approach encouraged me to address potential physical and mental health concerns proactively, rather than my previous habit of delaying treatment due to feeling stigmatised by staff at our former practice. This surgery stands as a gold standard model that other GP practices would do well to emulate.
