I recently accompanied my 82-year-old mother to the Bennett Castle Lane Surgery, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Upon contacting the reception the previous day to explain her concerns, we were pleasantly surprised when a doctor promptly returned her call the following morning. Recognizing the potential severity of her symptoms, they swiftly arranged a same-day in-person consultation. The female physician who attended to my mother was remarkably compassionate and thorough. She conducted a meticulous examination, taking ample time to address all of my mother's concerns without any sense of haste. The doctor clearly explained the need for additional tests, ensuring we understood the next steps in her care. Following the appointment, we had some queries for the reception staff, who proved to be incredibly accommodating and cordial. Their warmth and efficiency further enhanced our positive experience. What truly stood out was how this visit alleviated my mother's anxieties. As her child, I'm immensely appreciative of the practice's attentiveness and professionalism. It's reassuring to know that my mother is receiving such high-quality care in her golden years.
