I want to share my family's experiences with this medical practice. While scheduling appointments can be challenging, urgent medical needs are promptly and effectively addressed. I particularly want to highlight Dr. Howard, who has been incredibly supportive during our difficult time. He is compassionate, highly skilled, and has exceeded typical GP expectations. My son is seriously ill, and Dr. Howard has personally monitored his blood work and results, even calling after hours to provide updates. Dr. Hollington was also instrumental in helping me through significant medical challenges several months ago. In fact, regardless of which healthcare professional you see, the surgery consistently demonstrates competence, helpfulness, understanding, and genuine care when patients have legitimate medical needs. We must recognize the immense pressure GP surgeries are experiencing and approach them with greater empathy and appreciation, especially towards reception staff who are on the front lines dealing with frustrated patients. I've frequently witnessed patients treating staff poorly, which is unacceptable. These staff members are genuinely kind, and it's important to remember they are doing their best within a challenging healthcare system. The staff here are truly wonderful, and they shouldn't be blamed for systemic healthcare issues. My family feels incredibly fortunate to be patients at this surgery, and we are deeply grateful for their exceptional care. Thank you.
