My medical consultation today was a positive experience. I was examined by a junior doctor under senior supervision. The overall appointment was satisfactory, and I appreciated the GP's pleasant and reassuring approach, which is crucial to me. During the consultation, I was able to ask and answer questions. I was given ample opportunity to explain my health concerns, something I hadn't consistently experienced in past years. Having been with this practice for an extended period, I've been fortunate to encounter numerous exceptional and professional healthcare providers, including clinicians, nurses, and front desk staff who consistently go beyond their basic duties to maintain strong patient-practice relationships. The appointment system has significantly improved, in my opinion, allowing for more focused and targeted consultations. In today's appointment, I was actively consulted about my needs and expectations, and a suitable care plan was developed. I now feel confident about returning to the GP and their team with any future concerns and am satisfied with my current experience. I would like to extend special recognition to Pauline B, who is an invaluable team member whose genuine compassion and patience make a substantial difference in my interactions with the practice.
