It's accurate that scheduling a standard consultation requires several weeks, but this is typical across medical practices nowadays. While this surgery is undoubtedly bustling, their staff consistently demonstrate exceptional helpfulness. When my mother, who was visiting from another area, required an urgent appointment, the practice couldn't have been more accommodating. She was seen immediately that day and received the necessary antibiotics. Regarding my own surgical experience 18 months ago, the practice was incredibly supportive. Dr. Clements even proactively called me unexpectedly to ensure my well-being and offer assistance. I suspect those posting negative feedback might benefit from some self-reflection. An urgent rash? Good grief, if it's potentially life-threatening like anaphylaxis, call emergency services - otherwise, simply take an antihistamine. We've seemingly lost our capacity for basic self-management. This lack of personal responsibility is precisely why appointment availability is so constrained.
