I found the physician I consulted to be exceptional and incredibly supportive. The appointment felt unhurried and thoroughly comprehensive. He followed through by responding promptly the following day as he committed to doing. My only critique involves the front desk staff. I suggest they modify their greeting to include requesting date of birth along with name, rather than just demanding a name. It requires minimal effort to demonstrate basic courtesy, especially when interacting with patients who might be elderly, fragile, or experiencing health challenges. While I understand staff may encounter difficult individuals, it seems unfair to approach all patients with the same impersonal attitude.
