Compassionate doctor saves day after previous disappointments

I want to express my gratitude for your ongoing efforts. I'm deeply frustrated with Dr. Sujatha, who completely disregarded my symptoms. When I attempted to describe my medical condition, she was incredibly rushed and abruptly told me my time was over, demanding I leave. How can doctors comprehend patients' health concerns if they refuse to listen? Her approach was remarkably dismissive, preventing me from explaining my situation. I felt devastated and desperately prayed for help, quickly seeking another GP appointment. They assigned me Dr. Kumar, who seemed like an invisible guardian angel. She thoroughly explained things and recommended tests, though I wished for an in-person consultation - unfortunately, she exclusively works remotely and isn't physically available at the clinic. Eventually, I was scheduled with Dr. SAIMA QURESHI, and I cannot praise her enough. She genuinely emanates maternal warmth. She carefully listened to my condition, and considering my previous traumatic medical experiences, I had significant anxiety about GP visits. However, her compassionate approach always makes me feel calm and comfortable. She consistently provides exceptional treatment and genuinely understands my needs. I wish she could offer more than just Friday appointments. The reception staff urgently need improvement in patient follow-ups. They rarely proactively contact patients about appointments, requiring patients to initiate communication themselves. They should prioritize emergency appointments more effectively. I specifically want to commend receptionist Meghana, who has consistently supported me since my first visit, diligently managing my appointments. Thanks also to Kinner and Shahid. Thank you, entire team!
