I've been thoroughly impressed with this medical practice. The physicians, including Dr. Farooq, Dr. Hafar, and Dr. Nadzri, have consistently delivered exceptional care. They are consistently professional, empathetic, and always ensure they provide comprehensive explanations and attentive listening. I must also highlight Miriam Mockbil, who leads the reception team. She is remarkably accommodating, helpful, and compassionate. Her welcoming and considerate demeanor truly enhances the patient experience and demonstrates the practice's genuine commitment to patient satisfaction. What stands out to me is the practice's genuine dedication to patient input. They actively engage with and implement feedback, creating an environment where patients feel genuinely heard and valued. I am truly appreciative of the outstanding level of care and support I have received throughout my interactions with this practice.
