Compassionate doctors hidden behind terrible front desk

The medical professionals themselves demonstrate genuine empathy and care, but the front desk staff create significant obstacles in scheduling appointments. The clinic's administrative process is fundamentally flawed, with follow-up appointments being particularly challenging. Their system requires patients to call on the same day and then wait endlessly for a potential callback, often receiving a response just moments before the office closes. To secure any medical attention, patients must essentially assert an emergency or risk being overlooked entirely. As a result, myself and numerous other patients have opted to transfer our medical care elsewhere, with the Kenilworth practice offering a markedly superior patient experience.
