Compassionate nurse saves day after frustrating medical experience

I'm utterly frustrated by the difficulty in scheduling an appointment for my teenage daughter with complex needs! The GP she consulted just last week instructed us to call and book, yet the practice's management is shockingly inadequate. It's infuriating how they seem to forget that patients are the very reason their practice exists - we're their customers, and our taxes and national insurance directly fund their operations. In stark contrast, yesterday I experienced exceptional service from Nurse Molly, who not only helped me address my personal health concerns but also efficiently arranged an appointment for my daughter today. Molly, thank you for being a beacon of professionalism in an otherwise poorly managed practice.
