Compassionate staff help but system fails patients

Attempting to schedule a follow-up appointment at Bullfarm surgery has been challenging due to online system access difficulties, compounded by my hearing impairment and autism. Lorna has been incredibly supportive in helping me navigate these challenges via email, and I'm immensely grateful for her assistance in alleviating my anxiety during this process. Unfortunately, it seems Lorna is currently unavailable, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. After sending an email requesting help, I received a response that disregarded my specific needs, simply instructing me to either visit in person or book online. The email from the "prescription email team" at Oakwood surgery appeared to overlook my individual circumstances, with information that was not clearly presented on their website. This experience has been thoroughly disheartening.
