Confusing appointment and rude reception

My interaction with this medical practice has been far from satisfactory. Despite only visiting twice (one being for registration), I consistently felt unwelcome, with reception staff displaying a patronizing and condescending demeanor. During my second visit, I had received a text message instructing me to book a test appointment, which I did by calling the surgery's reception. I received a confirmation and reminder text, seemingly indicating everything was in order. However, upon arriving for the scheduled test, the practitioner nurse informed me that my appointment was a mistake and I would not be receiving the test. She was the sole staff member who apologized for wasting my time and attempted to investigate the error with reception, but to no avail. Having rushed to arrive punctually after an exhausting workday and early morning, I sought an explanation for this inconvenience and accountability for the mix-up. The reception staff rudely dismissed my concerns, claiming it was a standard text message. I remain without a satisfactory response. Adding to the unwelcoming atmosphere, I encountered a locked door during official hours and was forced to use a buzzer. The staff member who eventually opened the door aggressively demanded, "Have you got an appointment?" instead of offering a courteous greeting or assistance, seemingly oblivious that I might be unwell. The reception staff's behavior continued to be unprofessional, failing to return my greetings and addressing me with a confrontational "what's your name" rather than a polite request. They appear to have forgotten basic human decency, treating patients more like objects than individuals potentially experiencing challenging health circumstances.
