Confusing booking process but helpful nurse saved day

My assessment stems not from medical proficiency, but from the digital scheduling process, which I found extremely perplexing. Initially, I was uncertain about the exact location of my appointment. Luckily, I had visited the Bradleigh road facility beforehand, where staff clarified I should go to Pall Mall. On the day of my appointment, further confusion ensued. Even the nurse seemed unsure why I was present. Although a blood test was my scheduled service, typically this isn't a nurse's responsibility. Despite this, she graciously performed the test, and I was genuinely appreciative of her help!
