Confusing first visit with unclear communication path

As a first-time patient, I'm experiencing significant confusion. My sole in-person encounter was with a junior trainee who conducted a health assessment and drew blood samples before an apparent annual review. I'm uncertain whether this actually guarantees an annual review. Communication was challenging for both myself and the trainee. I departed the appointment feeling thoroughly bewildered. Initially, I believed I was scheduled to meet a physician named Claire, but subsequently discovered the appointment was actually with a nurse called Sophie. I'm struggling to effectively communicate with anyone regarding my various concerns. While I'm confident these issues could be resolved, I find your organizational procedures incredibly complex and remarkably difficult to navigate.
