Confusing pharmacist with mood swings

During a follow-up telephone conversation with the Lee House Pharmacist, I encountered a drastically different experience compared to my initial interaction. This time, the Pharmacist demonstrated an uncooperative demeanor, appearing disinterested and dismissive of my inquiries, which sharply contrasted with our previous conversation. Uncomfortable pauses punctuated our dialogue, forcing me to check if he was still on the line. Bizarrely, he interjected with an unsolicited comment about my life expectancy, completely irrelevant to our discussion. Given this unsatisfactory encounter, I can only assign a single star rating and will reserve judgment until our next interaction to determine which version of his professional persona is authentic. Regarding my first conversation: I engaged in an exceptionally constructive discussion with the Lee House Pharmacist about my cholesterol levels. After an earlier blood test, I committed to dietary modifications to potentially avoid medication. A subsequent blood test revealed my cholesterol levels were progressively approaching optimal ranges, and the Pharmacist offered extremely valuable advice during our follow-up call. He demonstrated remarkable proactivity, recommending specific dietary adjustments to help me achieve my desired cholesterol targets. Overall, it was an informative discussion that significantly enhanced my understanding of cholesterol management.
