Confusion and chaos at the medical surgery

My husband went for a scheduled blood test based on his appointment card for 13:20. The receptionist claimed there was no record of his current or previous appointment on 24.03.25 in their system. They also stated they don't schedule appointments during staff lunch hours. I was forced to reschedule for 15:20 today and kept the original appointment card. Upon returning, they suddenly insisted they did have an appointment for 13:20 originally, offering no clarification for the earlier confusion. We've now rebooked for 24.03.25. The staff appears completely disorganized and unable to manage their basic scheduling process.
