Maddi, the receptionist, exudes politeness and charm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, my experience with Amber left much to be desired. Her phone manner was abrupt and lacked empathy, especially considering I was attempting to schedule an appointment for a child with special needs. On a more positive note, my recent switch to this surgery has been a breath of fresh air. For the first time in ages, I encountered a GP who genuinely listened and valued my input. Not only did they provide a referral, but they also assigned me some 'homework' to aid in my self-improvement while awaiting further treatment. This approach left me feeling both heard and empowered in managing my health.
