Cornbrook fails to support patient's mental health needs

I initially submitted a request almost two months back, attempted to follow up at the end of September, and three weeks later, I'm still waiting. It's disheartening to witness Cornbrook's lack of commitment to mental health support, as they seemingly generate more anxiety and stress for patients. The receptionists interact with an attitude of superiority, displaying zero empathy or compassion. As a result, I'm unable to provide documentation for my employers and now face the very real threat of job loss and potential eviction, all due to a straightforward request being consistently overlooked.
