Costly medical exam leads to licensing nightmare

I am extremely dissatisfied with this medical practice. In late May, I visited to renew my heavy goods and taxi driver medical certification, which cost me £110, and the entire consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. The medical form was submitted to the DVLA, who subsequently rejected my license due to reported eyesight and blood pressure issues. The doctor recorded my blood pressure as dangerously high (216/185), suggesting I should have been immediately hospitalized. I proactively obtained an eye prescription from Boots to assist with form completion, yet the DVLA declared me unfit to drive because of incorrectly filled paperwork. The only saving grace was the incredibly helpful and supportive clerical staff, who went above and beyond to assist me. Without their support, I would have been completely lost. Despite their help, I am still without my license and feeling frustrated by the entire process.
