Couldn't get appointments without camping outside early

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! The team appears to be unhelpful! I booked appointments with specific requirements. This was due to my mobility needs and in the case of my child, who has additional support needs, yet the service fell short. I booked an appointment for my child to receive a flu vaccine via injection as they cannot tolerate the nasal spray option, but the staff member refused to administer the injection, stating they "don't inject younger patients". They then attributed the booking error to the reception team. The same staff member who previously was unable to take my blood pressure reading without using the machine and a larger cuff, but the machine was not functioning. They then declined to perform a manual reading instead. I am now questioning whether they possess the necessary qualifications, as they were unable to provide two straightforward services to either myself or my child. To secure an appointment with a doctor, you essentially need to arrive before the surgery opens or face an extremely low chance of being seen, or possibly waiting several weeks later—even for urgent health concerns affecting your child! My family and I live very close to the surgery but are seriously considering registering with a different practice. COMPLETELY INADEQUATE
